1. Booking and Payment
- Full payment is to be made via a booking platform when securing your booking.
- Payment can be made via credit card or debit card and subject to the booking providers Terms and Conditions
2. Check–In and Check-Out
- Check-In time – 14’00
- Check-Out time 11’00
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request.
- Luggage storage can be provided
3. Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed for additional fee of 10 Euros per night
- The fee includes extra cleaning and a pet pack
- Pets must be supervised and cannot be left alone unattended in the apartment
- Any damage caused by any pet must be reported and any cost incurred will be charged at out discretion
4. Liability
- Vitalba Apartments is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.
- Guest are advised to have travel insurance

Booking Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your check-in date will receive a full refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date are non-refundable.
- Processing Time: Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
- Cancellation Fee: A 3% cancellation fee applies to all bookings.
- How to Cancel: Use the cancellation link provided in your original booking email.
